Vil is the Director of Communications for the Caesar Rodney Institute (CRI). She is responsible for editing and publishing all CRI News, Energy Updates, and Press Releases. Additionally, she oversees CRI’s marketing efforts and CRI events across all platforms.

 

Vil has been with CRI since 2016. She was CRI’s Social Media Coordinator and helped build CRI’s social media presence. In 2017, Vil led her team to win the State Policy Network’s 2017 School Choice Tweet Up competition, where she effectively involved her team and highlighted the children, parents, and their local community affected by school choice.

 

Before working for CRI, Vil worked in advertising and business Development for CBS Radio (WPHT Talk Radio) and New Main Stream Press (Metro Chinese Weekly & Metro Viet News) in Philadelphia, PA.   

 

Vil has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. She believes in creating efficiencies and continuous learning; she practices this routinely by attending conferences and taking online training courses to update her skills and knowledge.
