Energy Lawsuit Wastes Taxpayer Money
NEWARK, DE - David Stevenson, Director of the Center for Energy & Environmental Policy at the Caesar Rodney Institute, responds to a lawsuit that is wasting taxpayer money that was filed on Sept. 10th by Delaware's Attorney General Kathleen Jennings.
"There is no justification for this lawsuit
which is most likely a campaign season political stunt.
The suit is likely to meet the same fate as a similar lawsuit in New York
that simply wasted taxpayer money.
Mr. Stevenson served on President Trump’s EPA transition team and is a founding member of the State Policy Network's Energy & Environment Working Group.
